Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Designer and Production Specialist to join our team full-time.
This on-site role is based in Doha and involves designing, planning, and executing innovative event experiences.
The responsibilities include creating event concepts, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring flawless event delivery.
You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every aspect of the event aligns with creative visions and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Event Design, Set Design, and Stage Setup
- Strong skills in Project Management and Budget Management
- Experience with Vendor Coordination and Logistics Planning
- Proficiency in Event Production and Technical Setup
- Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize engaging experiences
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset for problem-solving during live events
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency with design and production software is a plus (e.g., CAD, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in event execution is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Design, Production, or a related field
