- Identify and generate new business opportunities across events, brand activations, corporate, and government sectors
- Lead the preparation and submission of RFP and tender responses
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
- Develop tailored proposals, pitches, and commercial offers in collaboration with creative and production teams
- Meet and exceed agreed revenue and sales targets
- Build and nurture long term client relationships that turn single projects into ongoing partnerships
- Represent CLSTR at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy
Requirements
- Based in Qatar with strong knowledge of the local market (local hire only)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the events and hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of RFPs and tenders, with proven ability to prepare and win competitive bids
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Valid Qatar residency (transferable) and driving license preferred

- Build and nurture long term client relationships that turn single projects into ongoing partnerships
- Represent CLSTR at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery
