Are you a detail-oriented Saudi graduate looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic, innovative industry?
We are a leading lighting company in Riyadh, focused on high-quality and energy-efficient lighting solutions.
We are looking for an **Event Coordinator Intern** to join our team through the **Tamheer Program (HRDF)**.
In this role, you will help us showcase our innovative lighting projects and products by coordinating exhibitions, product launches, and corporate events.
This is a hands-on opportunity to see how professional lighting solutions are presented to the world, from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- **Event Planning:** Assist in planning and coordinating lighting exhibitions, project showcases, and corporate events.
- **Vendor Management:** Support communication with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality event setups.
- **Logistics & Scheduling:** Help manage event timelines and the logistics of transporting lighting equipment and display units.
- **On-site Support:** Assist with on-site event setup, ensuring our lighting solutions are displayed and functioning perfectly.
- **Stakeholder Coordination:** Ensure smooth communication between our internal technical teams, clients, and event partners.
Eligibility Requirements (Tamheer Program)*** Saudi national
- Diploma (minimum one academic year) or Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Unemployed for at least 6 months
- Not currently registered with GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)
- Not previously enrolled in the Tamheer program
- Based in Riyadh
- **Preferred Qualifications*** Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a strong interest in event management
- Interest in innovative technology and digital tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
