About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, promotional, and client events from concept to completion
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure successful event delivery
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, transportation, registrations, and materials
- Coordinate event schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Support marketing activities through event promotions and brand visibility initiatives
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Handle on site event coordination and resolve operational issues during events
- Prepare post event reports, feedback, and recommendations for future improvements
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing where required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or corporate events
- UAE experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
