Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Qatar Moms events, exhibitions, activations, and community gatherings
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue arrangements, booth setup, branding materials, giveaways, product displays, and event supplies
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, sponsors, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and operational requirements
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support event promotion and maximize attendance
- Ensure all event materials and products are prepared, organized, and delivered on time
- Supervise on site event operations and handle any issues that arise during events
- Coordinate staffing requirements and event schedules
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses and vendor agreements
- Prepare post event reports, including attendance, outcomes, feedback, and recommendations for future improvements
- Research and identify new event opportunities, exhibitions, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities relevant to Qatar Moms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, event management, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred

About the Role
- Qatar Moms is one of Qatar’s leading online destinations for mothers, babies, and families.
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and community initiatives.
