Role Overview
This temporary role supports community programs, workshops, market events, and third-party event participation.
The coordinator will help ensure smooth operations, volunteer engagement, and positive visitor experiences.
Volunteer Coordination
- Collaborate with local artists, educators, and facilitators to deliver community programs and workshops.
- Recruit, schedule, and manage volunteers for weekly market operations.
- Assign clear tasks to volunteers and provide on-site guidance during events and markets.
- Maintain volunteer records and support a positive and inclusive volunteer culture.
Event and Workshop Coordination
- Manage bookings and scheduling for junior market activities with parents, facilitators, and internal teams.
- Plan and coordinate workshops and community activities in the market space.
- Liaise with artists, educators, and facilitators to support workshop delivery.
- Manage materials, setup, participant coordination, and other event logistics.
- Support post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
