Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service EV charging systems using advanced tools and diagnostics.
• Perform installation, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance on various EV charger models.
• Terminate high and low voltage equipment, cable wiring, and build automotive-style wire harnesses.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems for EV applications.
• Address charger performance issues and isolate ground faults.
• Conduct testing, including insulation (megger), thermal imaging, torque tests, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain detailed documentation for repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to execute projects effectively.
• Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery while meeting client expectations.
• Monitor charging infrastructure performance using technical tools and techniques.
• Represent the company professionally at client locations.
• Manage project risks and create comprehensive project documentation.
• Maintain proficiency by attending conferences and training as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of EV charging systems, automotive or electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Experience: 2+ years in related fields such as electrical or mechanical service operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication abilities.
• Education: High School Diploma (required); Associate Degree or technical certifications (preferred).
• Skills: Intermediate-level computer proficiency, including MS applications.
• Physical Demands: Able to handle tasks involving lifting, bending, climbing, and exposure to extreme temperatures or high voltage.
• Certifications: ASE or equivalent certifications are desirable.
• Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean record; CDL is a plus.
