EUC Engineer

• In-depth experience and knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 Modern Desktop • In-depth experience and knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Current Branch). • In-depth experience and knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager. • In-depth experience of deploying Windows 10 devices using Intune Autopilot (preferably pre-provisioned aka. White Glove). • Configuration and deployment of Windows systems in a hybrid-join environment. • Configuration and deployment of Co-Managed devices. • Configuration and deployment of an Always-On VPN solution. • Federated Identity (Azure Active Directory) • Rights Management (Azure and On Premise) • Proven Active Directory management and configuration experience including user configuration, DNS, DHCP, and group policy. • Deploying Windows security updates and implementing security best practices. • Configuring and administering SQL server databases. • Application packaging and deployment methodologies. • PowerShell scripting. • Proven experience of Server and Network administration and support on all Microsoft Server operating system versions. • Exposure to an international environment is desirable • Awareness of current technical options for server, print, network, desktop, laptop, mobile computing equipment configuration and connectivity • Installation, configuration, ongoing management and administration of IT equipment • Demonstrated organizational skills. • An in depth understanding of the basic principles behind technical support processes and procedures. • Extensive experience and high-level responsibility for security and data protection within a multi-site network • Project delivery experience covering any of the above areas • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, negotiation, and platform communications. • Ability to understand complex issues and explain them to both technical and non-technical staff • Possess a strong people orientation with the ability to listen, work and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction. • Must excel in collaborative team environment. • Supplier Management
