The Opportunity

  • The Exchange Traded Fund Specialist will work in a small client oriented institutional trading operation that services the primary market (i.e. no retail).
  • Primary responsibilities are to receive, review, and authorize institutional orders while also performing daily reconciliations and reporting.
  • The individual will assist the ETF Operations team with the facilitation of Authorized Participant Agreements, attend fund related meetings, and assist with reporting and metrics.

What you’ll do

  • Receive, review, and authorize institutional orders.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of clients’ orders by policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate AP Agreements.
  • Attend meetings with clients and other service providers.
  • Produce internal and external reporting and metrics.
  • Disseminate fund corporate action notifications to APs.
  • Assist with other assigned projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities and security markets, investment operations, and/or financial client experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 license.
