Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise ethics strategies, governance frameworks, policies, codes of conduct, and ethics program initiatives aligned with organizational values and regulatory requirements
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of the organization's ethics and compliance program, including ethics policies, reporting mechanisms, conflict of interest processes, and integrity initiatives
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, human resources, internal audit, enterprise risk, information security, finance, operations, procurement, and executive leadership to promote ethical decision making and organizational accountability
- Manage confidential ethics reports, whistleblower cases, ethics hotline activities, investigations, and case resolution processes while ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including ethics training completion, case resolution timelines, policy compliance, employee awareness, ethics reporting trends, investigation outcomes, and program effectiveness
- Conduct ethics risk assessments, policy reviews, cultural assessments, compliance evaluations, and root cause analyses to identify emerging ethical risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- Develop and deliver ethics awareness programs, employee training, leadership workshops, communication campaigns, and guidance materials to strengthen ethical culture throughout the organization
- Ensure organizational policies and business practices comply with applicable legal, regulatory, governance, anti bribery, anti corruption, conflicts of interest, and corporate ethics requirements
- Manage relationships with regulators, legal advisors, external investigators, auditors, ethics consultants, and other stakeholders as required to support ethics governance and compliance initiatives
- Utilize GRC platforms, Ethics Case Management Systems, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, reporting platforms, and analytics tools to monitor ethics program performance and generate actionable insights
- Prepare ethics reports, executive dashboards, board updates, investigation summaries, policy recommendations, and strategic presentations for senior leadership and governance committees
- Lead, mentor, and develop ethics specialists, compliance professionals, investigators, and cross functional stakeholders while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, respect, inclusion, transparency, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Ethics, Compliance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as CCEP, CFE, CIA, CRCMP, or equivalent are highly advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, corporate governance, legal, internal audit, investigations, enterprise risk, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing ethics programs, compliance initiatives, investigations, or governance frameworks preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate ethics, compliance programs, governance, investigations, whistleblower protection, anti bribery and anti corruption (ABAC), conflict of interest management, regulatory compliance, and organizational culture principles
- Experience with GRC platforms, ethics case management systems, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, reporting platforms, and compliance analytics tools
- Familiarity with ESG principles, human rights due diligence, AI governance, privacy regulations, and international compliance frameworks is advantageous
- Strong leadership, analytical, investigative, organizational, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, report writing, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive ethics matters with discretion while balancing legal obligations, organizational values, employee trust, and business objectives
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments
