Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business process management (BPM) strategies, governance frameworks, methodologies, and operational standards aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead end to end business process analysis, design, documentation, optimization, standardization, implementation, and performance monitoring across enterprise functions
- Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, IT, customer experience, supply chain, compliance, quality assurance, and executive leadership to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, value stream mapping, business process modeling, and process redesign initiatives
- Monitor KPIs including process cycle times, operational efficiency, productivity, cost savings, service quality, process compliance, customer satisfaction, and automation benefits realization
- Develop and maintain business process documentation including process maps, SOPs, policies, workflows, control frameworks, and governance documentation
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluate and implement workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), AI, low code platforms, and digital transformation technologies
- Conduct process risk assessments, control evaluations, compliance reviews, root cause analyses, benchmarking studies, and impact assessments
- Utilize BPM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, process mining tools, workflow automation platforms, and analytics solutions to monitor process performance
- Prepare process performance reports, operational dashboards, executive presentations, governance documentation, business cases, and strategic recommendations
- Lead, mentor, and develop business analysts, process improvement specialists, automation teams, and cross functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, operational excellence, process improvement, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, process mapping, workflow automation, process governance, and continuous improvement principles
- Experience with BPM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, process mining software, workflow automation tools, RPA platforms, and business intelligence solutions

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to lead enterprise business process management initiatives, process optimization programs, and operational transformation projects.
- The ideal candidate will analyze, design, improve, and govern business processes while driving efficiency, standardization, automation, and organizational performance across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business process management (BPM) strategies, governance frameworks, methodologies, and operational standards aligned with organizational objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead end to end business process analysis, design, documentation, optimization, standardization, implementation, and performance monitoring across enterprise functions.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, human resources, information technology, customer experience, supply chain, compliance, quality assurance, and executive leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, value stream mapping, business process modeling, and process redesign initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including process cycle times, operational efficiency, productivity, cost savings, service quality, process compliance, customer satisfaction, and automation benefits realization.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, workflows, control frameworks, and governance documentation.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and improve business outcomes.
- Evaluate and implement workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), low code platforms, and digital transformation technologies to enhance business processes and operational performance.
- Conduct process risk assessments, control evaluations, compliance reviews, root cause analyses, benchmarking studies, and impact assessments to ensure process effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
- Utilize Business Process Management (BPM) platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, process mining tools, workflow automation platforms, and analytics solutions to monitor process performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare process performance reports, operational dashboards, executive presentations, governance documentation, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop business analysts, process improvement specialists, automation teams, and cross functional stakeholders while fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), Business Process Management (BPM) certification, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, operational excellence, process improvement, business analysis, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise process improvement programs, business transformation initiatives, or cross functional operational projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, process mapping, workflow automation, process governance, organizational change management, and continuous improvement principles.
- Experience with BPM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, process mining software, workflow automation tools, RPA platforms, business intelligence solutions, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with AI powered process automation and intelligent automation technologies is a plus.
