Urgently hiring an Estimator - Automotive.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in a reputed high-end vehicle automotive workshop or garage.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of vehicle parts.
- UAE experience and a valid driving licence are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain a proper customer database.
- Prepare estimates at insurance premises and in the workshop.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and the workshop to complete jobs on time.
