- The Estimation Manager is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction and engineering projects.
- The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure competitive and profitable project pricing.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs
- Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
- Identify cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving options
- Support tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations
- Maintain cost databases and historical project records
- Handled and controlled budgets valued at over USD 100 million
