Overview
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Projects modules such as:
Project Performance Reporting (Ppr)
- Troubleshoot application issues, monitor workflows, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Create, track, and coordinate Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.
- Configure Project modules based on business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Support setups for project types, billing methods, rates, burdening, costs, and revenue rules.
- Manage system enhancements, personalization, and configuration changes.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, SCM, and IT technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Projects with other modules.
- Support project-related integrations with external systems (e.g., timesheet, expense, and resource management tools).
- RESPONSABILITIES: Collaborate with project accounting, PMO, finance, and operations teams to understand business needs.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to optimize project lifecycles.
- Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and extensions (BI Publisher, OTBI, OIC).
- Create test scenarios and test scripts for SIT/UAT cycles.
- Coordinate user testing activities and ensure proper validation of business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all project modules.
