- Manage, maintain, and support the company's ERP system and related applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP related issues
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP enhancements to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements
- Provide user training and technical support to employees
- Generate and customize reports based on business requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and software updates
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and third party service providers when required
- Document system processes, procedures, and technical specifications
- Support integration between ERP and other business applications
- Assist management in developing ERP strategies aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Specialist, ERP Administrator, or similar role
- Previous experience working in a manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, or workforce management company is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database management, and business process automation
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization, and support
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of system integration, data migration, and ERP best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Qualifications & Requirements
