Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and support the company's ERP system and related applications.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP related issues.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend ERP enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Provide user training and technical support to employees.
  • Generate and customize reports based on business requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system.
  • Perform system testing, upgrades, and software updates.
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors and third party service providers when required.
  • Document system processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Support integration between ERP and other business applications.
  • Assist management in developing ERP strategies aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Specialist, ERP Administrator, or similar role.
  • Previous experience working in a manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, or workforce management company is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, database management, and business process automation.
  • Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
  • Proficiency in SQL, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of system integration, data migration, and ERP best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR, Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, and Workforce Management modules.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of UAE labor and payroll processes is an advantage.
  • Experience working with large scale manpower operations is preferred.
