Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong supply chain process knowledge and end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
The role requires translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions and working with stakeholders through implementation and support.
Job Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.
- Support procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, warehouse, and demand and supply planning processes.
- Deliver end-to-end SCM ERP implementation activities including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
- Analyse business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
- Understand integration points between supply chain, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing modules.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics.
- Use data analysis, SQL, OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ, and Excel-based analytics.
- Conduct workshops, train end users, and prepare functional documentation.
- Manage stakeholders and provide communication and presentation support.
- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Support ERP governance, compliance, and project management activities.
