Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion implementation and transformation projects
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, testing teams, and third party vendors
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve obstacles impacting delivery timelines
- Manage resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project execution
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and organizational processes
- Support project transition activities, go live planning, hypercare support, and project closure activities
- Track project KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management and client leadership

Position Summary
- A leading international technology consulting organization is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion implementation projects across Saudi Arabia.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end to end ERP projects, driving project governance, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- The role requires strong project leadership, planning, execution, and client management skills, along with experience working in Saudi Arabia.
