- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors across the Saudi market.
- Follow up on projects from design stage through tendering, execution, and project completion.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure proper project implementation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging Smart Home technologies.
- Identify potential projects and convert opportunities into successful sales.

- Experience in smart home or smart building sales
- Strong relationship building skills with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
