- Design, build, and deploy Mendix applications using best practice architecture
- Develop complex domain models, microflows, nanoflows, workflows, integrations, and UI components
- Build custom components using Java actions
- Design and implement robust Mendix security models
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems via REST, SOAP, OData, Kafka, etc.
- Mentor and coach junior and intermediate Mendix developers
- Lead technical discussions and solution design workshops
