Oasis Cuisines LLC is a UAE-based food manufacturing group with bakery, snacks, confectionery, and roastery brands.
The organization is undertaking an ERP implementation and business transformation to improve efficiency, process discipline, data visibility, and growth readiness.
The business has around 500 employees, close to 1,000 SKUs, and an in-house van sales distribution network.
Role Purpose
The ERP Implementation & Transformation Lead will own the ongoing ERP implementation through completion and adoption.
The role links business functions, management, and the ERP implementation partner by translating operational requirements into effective system processes.
Implementation Ownership
- Own ERP planning, execution, coordination, issue resolution, and go-live readiness from the organization's side.
- Act as the single point of accountability for implementation progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor, review configurations, track deliverables, resolve gaps, and maintain timelines and quality standards.
