Oasis Cuisines LLC is a UAE-based food manufacturing group established in 1998 with bakery, snacks, confectionery, and roastery brands.
The organisation has approximately 500 employees, close to 1,000 SKUs, and an in-house van sales distribution network.
The company is undertaking an organisation-wide ERP implementation and business process improvement initiative.
Role purpose
Support ERP implementation and business transformation activities across manufacturing, inventory, sales, finance, procurement, and distribution operations.
Work with internal departments, management, and the ERP implementation partner on requirements, processes, testing, data migration, rollout, and user support.
The role is intended for an early-career professional developing practical ERP and business systems experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day ERP implementation activities and departmental business requirements.
- Document processes and prepare process flows, requirements, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor on requirements, configurations, issues, and deliverables.
- Maintain implementation trackers and progress updates.
- Support master data collection, cleansing, validation, and migration.
- Assist with system testing and UAT and maintain issue records.
- Follow up on issue resolution with users and the ERP vendor.
- Support training, system adoption, and change management.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management information from the ERP.
- Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, approvals, configurations, and implementation decisions.
- Provide basic post-implementation coordination and user support.
Candidate requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business process coordination, MIS, operations, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain processes.
- Exposure to any ERP system is advantageous.
- Understanding of master data, UAT, data migration, reporting, and ERP workflows is preferred.
- Manufacturing, food/FMCG, distribution, or retail experience is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data and reports.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, documentation, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Programming or software development experience is not required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.

- The role is performed in person.
