Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Attend and transfer incoming calls.
• Handle emails, couriers, and general correspondence.
• Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
• Provide basic administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English.
• Professional and presentable personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.

Location and Work Arrangement

• The position is located in Dubai Investment Park-1, UAE.
• Work location is in person.
