The client-side ERP Lead will represent internal business interests, drive project governance, and ensure organizational adoption while an implementation partner handles technical execution.
Location

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation vendor and hold it accountable for timelines, deliverables, budgets, and SLAs.
- Align executive leadership, department heads, and technical vendor teams around standard D365 F&O processes.
- Oversee business process mapping, master data cleansing, migration strategies, and solution validation across Finance and Supply Chain.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing, design end-user training, and lead organizational change.
- Track milestones, manage scope changes, identify risks, and report progress to steering committees.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise ERP implementations with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
- Proven experience managing implementation vendors and third-party partners from the client side.
- Strong functional domain knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Operations.
- Demonstrated success in change management, stakeholder facilitation, and risk mitigation.
Preferred Certification
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
