Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and implement AV systems tailored to client needs.
• Install and set up projectors, sound systems, video conferencing tools, and other AV equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot AV systems.
• Configure and calibrate AV equipment for optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training for users.
• Collaborate with IT staff to integrate AV systems into network infrastructure.
• Manage and document AV equipment and accessory inventory.
• Stay current with AV technologies and industry trends.
• Assist with live events, conferences, and presentations.
• Customise control systems and user interfaces.
• Create system diagrams and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
