About the Role

Location and Site Presence

• The description lists the work location as Dubai.
• The role requires physical presence on site every working day and walking the works multiple times daily.

Education and Experience

• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive hands-on site experience may substitute for the preferred formal qualification.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, General Foreman, or Прораб on construction projects is required.
• Direct hands-on experience on high-rise construction is mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on an active high-rise site is required.
• Practical knowledge of core or shear wall sequencing, jump-form or climbing formwork cycles, and crane and hoist scheduling is required.
• UAE construction site experience and familiarity with local site safety and labour practices are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractors and trade foremen on sequencing, manpower deployment, and work fronts.
• Translate the master programme into daily and weekly site execution plans.
• Coordinate material staging, crane and hoist scheduling, site access, and safety zoning.
• Resolve trade clashes, access conflicts, and immediate coordination problems.
• Enforce day-to-day HSE compliance with the dedicated HSE officer.
• Report progress and delay risks directly to the CEO as they arise.
• Immediately escalate quality, safety, and coordination issues, including issues involving the Resident Engineer or main contractor.
• Walk the site multiple times daily and maintain a log of activities, manpower, and issues.

• Strong hands-on leadership and the ability to direct trade foremen and resolve conflicts immediately.
• High attention to daily progress, sequencing, and site conditions.
• Reliable and direct reporting habits with the ability to flag problems clearly and promptly.
• Physical ability to remain on site full time and walk the works in all site conditions.

Languages

• Fluent Russian is required for communication with Russian-speaking ownership and stakeholders.
• Working English is required for daily reporting and coordination with the Resident Engineer and contractor teams.
