About the Business
Tata Electronics is a Tata Group company focused on manufacturing precision components.
The company is building an AI-enabled semiconductor foundry for power management ICs, display drivers, microcontrollers, and high-performance computing logic.
Equipment Responsibilities
- Handle SPI, Fuji, GKG printer, reflow, and AOI machines.
- Perform SMT machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration.
- Control machine tossing and manage spare parts.
- Support new product development, CPK, GRR, and machine installation.
- Ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition and available when required.
Production and Quality
- Ensure all stations produce products meeting company quality standards.
- Evaluate and modify manufacturing material workflows to improve throughput and productivity.
- Develop and maintain work schedules that support on-time delivery to main lines.
- Work with line managers, supervisors, and employees to improve quality toward a zero-defect goal.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel.
Essential Skills
- Skill in line installation, alignment, and bring-up activities.
- Skill in Fuji mounter programming and cycle time reduction.
- Skill in breakdown analysis, troubleshooting, and repair.
Qualifications
- Diploma holders are required.
- Minimum three years of experience in equipment handling is required.
