Responsibilities
- Support preventive maintenance, major-down recovery, documentation updates, and NPI setup or conversion for ball attach, die attach, vacuum ovens, and FOL equipment.
- Perform equipment installation, upgrades, continuous improvement, and modifications.
- Complete preventive maintenance within allocated time to meet MTBA, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR targets.
- Monitor PM success targets and update preventive maintenance checklists based on major-down lessons learned.
- Perform root cause analysis and process mapping for line quality issues, implement containment actions, and report follow-up actions.
- Issue stock spare parts, track non-stock and critical parts, and trigger purchasing when inventory reaches the defined limit.
- Manage equipment wiring and maintain 5S in the assigned process area and machines.
- Provide PM shift handover communication, information sharing, and follow-up.
- Participate in mentor programs and vendor training to improve technical skills.
- Follow machine specifications and OCAP during troubleshooting and perform equipment-related calibration.
- Act as the ERT shift representative for the assigned equipment and process.
- Coach, guide, and arrange soft-skills and equipment training for downline personnel.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics engineering.
- Hands-on skill with the specified equipment and responsibility for reducing downtime effectively.
- Ability to handle a group of maintenance personnel.
- Ability to write detailed technical failure reports using 8D and root-cause problem solving.
- Ability to coach and arrange L1 through L5 equipment training for downline personnel.
