As an Aviation Communications Specialist (ACS), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality communications support between Air Traffic Controllers (ATC) and pilots, primarily via High Frequency (HF) radio.
Using nationally standardised procedures, you will provide reliable communication relay services, accurate flight information across multiple channels, and support SARTIME activities that contribute to aviation safety. Collaboration is central to this role, and you will work closely with Air Traffic Controllers, Service Leaders, pilots, technicians, and fellow ACS team members to maintain effective operational coordination.
You will also be responsible for adhering to organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while consistently demonstrating safety-focused behaviours aligned with Airservices' safety strategies.
