- Provide strategic leadership across environmental services operations throughout the ASPAC portfolio.
- Drive operational consistency, service excellence and compliance across cleaning, waste and laundry services.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, quality and efficiency outcomes in partnership with operational teams.
- Implement standardised procedures, systems and service delivery frameworks across contracts where they add value.
- Support mobilisation activities, business growth opportunities and tender submissions.
- Develop workforce capability through coaching, mentoring and sharing industry best practice.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience across environmental services, facilities services or similar operational environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning services, waste management, hygiene standards and compliance requirements
- Experience leading operational improvements and standardisation initiatives across multiple sites or contracts
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes within complex matrix environments
- Strong understanding of systems and Government frameworks supporting environmental services, health and safety and quality management
- Relevant qualifications in Environmental Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Health and Safety, Engineering or a related discipline
