Role Overview
SOCOTEC is seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Consultant for its Environment & Safety division.
The role supports environmental consultancy, testing, inspection, and certification work for clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct soil and water sampling and environmental monitoring.
- Supervise ground investigation and remediation.
- Prepare factual and interpretative reports across technical disciplines.
- Support consultancy and compliance services that help clients manage risk and protect people and the environment.
Requirements
- Relevant scientific or environmental degree.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Background in environmental or scientific consultancy.
- Knowledge of soil and water sampling and environmental monitoring.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Environment and Safety Division
The division provides environmental, health and safety consultancy and compliance services.
