Environment Manager

Lead environmental management across the project, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and approval requirements

Provide clear guidance and support to project teams on environmental risks, controls and outcomes

Develop, implement and monitor environmental management plans and systems

Work closely with construction teams to ensure environmental considerations are embedded into planning and delivery

Engage with clients, regulators and key stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships

Monitor performance, identify risks early and drive practical solutions on site

Promote a culture of environmental responsibility and continuous improvement across the team

Support reporting, audits and ongoing improvement of environmental processes

We’re looking for an Environmental Manager who brings strong experience within civil construction or infrastructure projects and understands the practical challenges of delivering works in complex environments. You’re confident managing competing priorities and working closely with delivery teams to achieve positive environmental outcomes.

You take a practical, solutions-focused approach and are comfortable providing advice, influencing decisions and supporting teams on site. You know how to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders, including clients, regulators and project teams.
