About the Role

  • We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Administrative Professional to support our remote Operations team.
  • You'll help keep day to day business activities running efficiently by providing administrative, operational, and coordination support across multiple departments.
  • Ideal for someone beginning their career who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to internal teams across the organization.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with meeting preparation.
  • Track action items and support project follow ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain organized workflows and help improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain internal documentation, shared resources, and operational trackers.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including documentation and team coordination.
  • Perform data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting tasks.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and streamline workflows.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal operational requests.
  • Communicate professionally with cross functional teams in a fully remote environment.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure projects and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate information across internal systems and databases.

Qualifications

  • 0 2 years of administrative, operations, office support, or related experience (internships are welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity software.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or other business systems is a plus, but not required.
