The intern will support day-to-day system operations, documentation, and basic functional tasks.
System Support and Operations
- Support day-to-day Workday operations and user support activities.
- Assist with data validation, report reviews, reconciliations, audits, data cleanup, mass updates, and system maintenance.
- Track system issues, tickets, and user requests, and assist with release testing and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain operational documentation and validate reports and dashboards for data accuracy.
