This internship provides hands-on exposure to day-to-day system operations, documentation, and basic functional tasks.
System Support and Operations
- Support day-to-day Workday operations and user support activities.
- Assist with data validation, report reviews, reconciliations, audits, issue tracking, tickets, and user requests.
- Support data cleanup, mass updates, system maintenance, release testing, post-deployment validation, and dashboard validation.
- Maintain internal documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
Business Analysis
- Document business processes across HR, Finance, and Payroll functions in Workday.
