Enterprise Account Manage r (Sales) The Enterprise Account Manager is a strategic partner to Solvd’s clients within a designated territory, providing sales and account management support to their designated clients.

This role blends relationship leadership, consultative selling, and operational oversight to ensure clients achieve meaningful results through our claims management solutions.

You’ll own executive‑level relationships, drive account growth, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.

This is an ideal role for someone who understands the claims ecosystem, communicates with clarity and confidence, and enjoys building long-term partnerships that create measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do: Strategic Account Leadership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients across industry segments.
• Develop deep understanding of each customer’s claims operations, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships to drive long-term retention and expansion.

• Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Solvd’s solutions.
• Lead renewal cycles, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure alignment with customer goals and Solvd’s value proposition.
