Auto Estimator Our Auto Estimators play a key role in supporting fleet clients and drivers by assessing vehicle damage and delivering accurate , timely repair estimates.

In this role, you’ll review third-party estimates, ensure alignment with client guidelines, and partner closely with repair facilities and vendors to drive high-quality, cost-effective repair outcomes.

As a subject matter expert in collision repair, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and service partners to ensure a seamless, efficient process from initial assessment through repair completion.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple claims and priorities is essential.

What you’ll do:

• Review and write collision repair estimates in accordance with industry standards and client-specific guidelines.
• Audit third-party estimates (adjusters, body shops, vendors) and recommend necessary revisions for accuracy and cost control.
• Evaluate vehicle damage to identify related and unrelated damage and ensure appropriate repair scope.
• Ensure all estimates meet quality assurance standards and align with contractual and client requirements.
• Collaborate with repair facilities to negotiate, finalize , and approve repair estimates.
• Monitor repair progress and support coordination between repair shops, vendors, and internal teams.
