Enterprise Sales Manager

Requirements

• What Are We Looking For❓
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally within SaaS, hospitality tech, or a related B2B technology environment.
• Proven track record of winning large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals — not just high-volume transactional sales.
• Experience selling to hotel groups, large F&B chains, or other multi-site hospitality/retail operators is strongly preferred.
• Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (Director level and above), including in hospitality operations, IT, and procurement.
• Strong commercial acumen — able to structure and negotiate enterprise-level contracts and pricing.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable managing longer sales cycles (months, not weeks) with patience and persistence.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required (French is a plus).
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet prospective enterprise clients.
• Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable owning outcomes with a high degree of autonomy.
