Job Summary

We are seeking an ERP Operation Specialist (Accounting) to ensure smooth operation of our ERP system and support accounting processes across the organization.

This role bridges accounting expertise and ERP system operations, ensuring accurate financial data, compliance with VAS/IFRS, and efficient cross-department workflows.

The ideal candidate is an experienced accountant with hands-on ERP/accounting software implementation knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage accounting and finance processes within the ERP/accounting system.
  • Ensure financial data is recorded accurately in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and/or IFRS.
  • Provide daily support to end-users (accountants and related departments) in ERP usage.
  • Review and reconcile accounting data (GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory, etc.) between ERP and actual records.
  • Coordinate with IT/vendor to resolve ERP accounting module issues.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and propose enhancements during ERP implementation or upgrades.
  • Train and guide accounting staff on ERP functionalities.
  • Standardize and optimize accounting workflows across departments through ERP.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and customization of the ERP system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Accounting Information Systems.
  • 2–10 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in ERP or accounting software implementation (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics, NetSuite, MISA, FAST, Bravo, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS.
  • Solid skills in data analysis, reconciliation, and accounting process control.
  • Proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, strong logical thinking, and good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, and communicating with international vendors).
