Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding Dubai team.
  • In this position, you’ll oversee the end to end hiring process—sourcing qualified candidates, driving engagement, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding.
  • You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop strong recruitment strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • This full time role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast moving, dynamic setting and is enthusiastic about matching exceptional talent with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in back office departments.
  • Strong understanding of roles, tools, core concepts, and current industry trends; experience in IT is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence and secure top talent while maintaining a collaborative, win win approach.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Candidates who are willing to relocate to Dubai are strongly preferred.
