Job Purpose
Tungsten Automation is seeking an Enterprise Insights and Analytics Analyst.
The role uses data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions and organizational strategy.
The analyst will work with cross-functional teams in a data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights that support decision-making.
- Build dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Define and track KPIs for business initiatives.
- Apply statistical methods, machine learning, or forecasting to predict trends.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams on data quality and integrity.
- Improve data processes, reporting tools, and analytics methods.
- Use AI-enabled tools while following AI governance and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- A master's degree is a plus.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools are required.
- Programming proficiency for analytics is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to interpret complex datasets and propose data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and project-management skills are required.
- Two to four years of experience in analytics, insights, or a related field is required.
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality are required.
- Candidates should be able to leverage AI to support departmental needs.
