About the Role
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager owns and advances Quandri's largest and most complex enterprise accounts, with a focus on the US market.
The role is accountable for retention, revenue growth, product adoption, and measurable customer value realization.
The position partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to support insurance brokerage automation outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end relationships with large enterprise customers and serve as their primary advocate and trusted advisor.
- Build executive, operational, and technical stakeholder relationships and lead strategic business reviews.
- Create data-driven success plans with clear metrics, success criteria, and action plans.
- Forecast renewals, identify risks, support expansion opportunities, and coordinate resources to mitigate churn.
- Lead customer adoption, change-management sessions, onsite workshops, and working sessions.
