The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and is scaling its AI operating system for insurance operations.
About the Role
The Business Operations Lead will build and strengthen the operational backbone of a fast-scaling AI company.
The role owns business process design, security and compliance, vendor management, and AI-native operational adoption.
The role reports to and partners closely with the Head of Finance and Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Build scalable business processes and drive adoption across the company.
- Own SOC 2 evidence collection, policy authorship, control reviews, audit readiness and Drata operations.
- Maintain the incident response playbook related to customer security commitments.
- Run vendor intake, risk review, security assessment, approval, renewal and offboarding.
- Design approval authority matrices and drive vendor consolidation and spend rationalization.
- Lead change management, training and follow-through for new workflows and tools.
- Deliver cross-functional pricing, vendor, go-to-market efficiency and operating model projects.
