Purpose of the job

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect reporting to the Sr.

VP of Engineering, leading enterprise-wide architecture strategy and product modernization initiatives across HH Global’s software platforms.

This role combines deep technical leadership shaping long-term technology direction, and aligning architecture to business priorities.

You will collaborate across multiple technology teams and work closely with senior stakeholders to guide critical decisions and outcomes.

This role operates primarily within Eastern and Central business hours and partners closely with teams across the U.S. and EMEA.

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business transformation and growth priorities.
• Lead large-scale modernization initiatives, consolidating legacy platforms into a unified, scalable architecture.
• Establish governance, standards and multi-year technology roadmaps across the organization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, influence investment decisions and drive alignment.
• Act as a senior leader within engineering, providing clear direction and making decisions in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Lead through influence across global, cross-functional teams.
• Guide solution design and architecture reviews to ensure consistency with enterprise direction.
• Mentor architects and engineers, elevating technical capability and architectural thinking.
• Drive development of AI-enabled and intelligent platform capabilities.
