Purpose of the Job
You'll play an important role in ensuring creative assets are produced accurately, consistently and to the highest standard, while helping to maintain and evolve our brand presence across multiple customer touchpoints.

The Creative Artworker is responsible for the creative production and adaptation of high‑quality, artwork across print, digital and motion. This includes printed posters and other printed collateral; static and motion content, and animated video content. Whilst most of this work is asset adaptation, there will be some opportunity to deliver master creative artwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate artwork across various formats including printed posters, printed scratch cards and tickets, social posts, email, digital screens, and mobile in-app vouchers.
- Prepare artwork with correct colour profiles, layers, bleed, crops and print specs.
- Apply creative thinking to adapt and enhance designs for multiple formats with visual consistency.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Maintain brand assets and templates.
- Review and refine your own work to ensure design excellence and brand consistency.
- Suggest improvements to layouts, typography and visual hierarchy for better impact.
- Maintain organized file structures and adhere to workflow processes.
- Accurately complete timesheets to track work and resource allocation .
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with the creative lead, creative project manager, production teams and operations.
