Job Description
- Serve as strategic architect and technical anchor for Masdar's global digital ecosystem, reporting to the CDO.
- Spearhead the Enterprise Digital function, designing flexible composable architecture.
- Own and steer global Data Management & Data Governance strategy.
- Build up high performing domain architects and data management specialists.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive enterprise level architecture experience, preferably in asset intensive or energy environments.
- 10+ years leading and developing a team of specialized domain architects.
- 10+ years hands on ERP and Data architecture design with legacy to composable transition track record.
- 8+ years architecting global data management platforms.
- 5+ years dedicated Data Governance experience.
- 5+ years people and stakeholder management.
- Strong communicator who can translate technical design into business value.
- Ability to resolve design differences and prioritize enterprise architecture build up.
Preferred & Plus Factors
- Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP Core and O&M global deployment.
- Deep familiarity with cybersecurity and industrial architectural frameworks (NIST, NERC CIP, IEC 62443).
