About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of ethics and compliance processes and procedures
- Assist in the day to day administration of the third party screening system
- Review third party due diligence questionnaires and process quick screening requests
- Assist in initiating enhanced due diligence and maintaining trackers
- Provide support for ethics and compliance induction training
- Prepare reports and updates on EDD cases, disclosures, and outstanding items
- Maintain and organize ethics and compliance department documentation
- Assist in preparing and tracking the annual compliance budget
- Process invoices and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and third parties
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in ethics and compliance or related field
- Knowledge of third party due diligence processes
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Job Overview
- To provide administrative and operational support to the Ethics & Compliance Team in the day to day delivery of the Masdar Ethics and Compliance Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of ethics and compliance processes and procedures across assigned corporate and business functions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation of the ethics and compliance program.
- Assist in the day to day administration of the third party screening system, including reviewing DDQs, processing quick screening requests, managing system users, and supporting third party KYC reviews.
- Assist in initiating enhanced due diligence (EDD) and keeping the E&C tracker updated with case progress.
- Assist in reviewing high volume of EDD reports and continuously update risk and EDD trackers.
- Provide support for ethics and compliance induction training, coordinating with regional offices and Masdar Assets.
- Prepare relevant reports and updates, including periodic status reports on EDD cases, disclosures, and outstanding items.
- Maintain and organize ethics and compliance department documentation, including EDD and disclosure logs, trackers, records and reports.
- Assist in preparing and tracking the annual compliance budget throughout the year.
- Process invoices and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth payment process.
- Liaise with Finance on budget activities and exercises, including submission of accruals.
