Role Purpose

Define, govern, and enforce enterprise-wide technology architecture across applications, integrations, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.

Establish architectural standards and cross-system consistency across Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, Azure, BI platforms, and future middleware.

Provide mandatory architectural sign-off for major initiatives and align technology investments with enterprise strategy, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Operate as a governance-focused architect with strong technical credibility rather than as a day-to-day engineer.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of enterprise IT experience.
  • 5+ years in enterprise or senior solution architecture.
  • Proven experience in multi-application enterprise ecosystems.
  • Strong integration architecture experience.
  • Experience in Azure cloud environments.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM coexistence.

Preferred Certifications

  • TOGAF certification is preferred.
  • Salesforce certification is preferred.
  • Integration platform certifications are preferred.
  • IT governance certifications are preferred.

Architecture Governance

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles.
  • Define application, integration, Azure cloud, and data reference architectures.
  • Establish architecture review processes and maintain the architecture documentation repository.
  • Monitor compliance with approved architecture standards.

Application Portfolio

  • Rationalize the application portfolio across Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, and BI platforms.
  • Identify functional overlap, assess total cost of ownership, and recommend consolidation strategies.
  • Prevent redundant system procurement and align system capabilities with the business capability model.

Integration and Cloud

  • Assess point-to-point integrations and design target-state integration architecture.
  • Lead middleware selection, define API governance, and establish event-driven or service-based integration patterns.
  • Define canonical data models and ensure a scalable, resilient integration layer.
  • Define Azure standards, validate workload placement, and guide high availability, scalability, security, and cost optimization.

Data and Analytics

  • Ensure consistent cross-system data flows and align integration design with BI requirements.
  • Prevent data silos and support enterprise data governance.
