Enterprise Account Manager
is responsible for developing, managing, and executing enterprise sales strategies within the assigned territory.
This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a deep understanding of their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve
- quarterly and annual targets
- for Enterprise business in NAL.
- Establish and maintain
- executive-level relationships
- to create a qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth.
- Develop customer contacts into leads and manage them through the
- entire sales cycle
- .
- Clearly articulate the
- value of Kaspersky’s products and services
- to senior decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Identify, develop, and communicate a
- compelling value proposition
- to prospective large enterprise customers.
- Position
- Kaspersky’s specialized cybersecurity services,
- including training, threat intelligence, Anti-APT, and others, to large enterprises.
- Prepare and deliver
- proposals, product information, and presentations
- to prospects.
- Maintain
- accurate pipeline and funnel reports.
- Collaborate with
Partner Account Managers
- to ensure deal closure and full sales cycle support through appropriate resellers or system integrators.
- Independently
- drive customer acquisition
- and manage end-to-end sales processes.
- Stay informed about
- industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape
- in cybersecurity.
- Act as a
- trusted advisor
- for enterprise clients, positioning Kaspersky products and services as their preferred cybersecurity choice.
- Lead and coordinate
- timely responses to RFPs
- , working closely with partners and internal teams.
- Represent Kaspersky at
- field events, conferences, and seminars
- , presenting our full product and service portfolio.
- Collect and share
- customer feedback and requirements
- with Product Management teams.
- Collaborate closely with the
Global Enterprise Sales Team
to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Requirements
- **7+ years**
- of direct account management experience in cybersecurity, handling large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of
- cybersecurity solutions and market dynamics
- .
- **Proven track record**
- of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Bachelor’s degree**
- in Computer Science, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Fluent in English.**
- Experience delivering impactful
- presentations to large corporate audiences
- .
- Established
- CxO-level relationships
- within large enterprise accounts.
- A
- proactive, results-driven “hunter” mindset
- focused on new business generation.
- Excellent
- communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
