Your role
Serve as a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, and closer for Global 2000 customers.
Drive value-based renewals and upsells while helping customers realize value from Zip.
Account management responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, and guide deal closure.
- Negotiate renewal contracts and develop strategies that maximize contract value.
- Manage multi-year customer contracts and ensure customer value realization.
- Provide renewal-status updates to management and escalate issues when needed.
- Help establish enterprise account management playbooks, culture, and best practices.
Sales and product responsibilities
- Become an expert in the Zip platform and deliver product demonstrations.
- Develop expertise in the procurement market.
- Use sales intelligence and engagement tools to prospect, manage deal cycles, and acquire new customers.
- Help shape the sales process as the company grows.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of technology SaaS experience at the enterprise level.
