Role overview
The Business Development Representative generates new business through outbound prospecting and collaborates across the sales organization to set high-value meetings.

Core responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Sales and Account Executives to source meetings that lead to pipeline and closed revenue.
- Prospect across a high volume of accounts and strategically prioritize activity.
- Research target industries and personas and develop relevant qualifying questions.
- Help shape the sales process in a rapidly growing organization.
- Identify and contact prospective clients through cold calls, email, social media outreach, and mass email campaigns.
- Maintain a complete prospect database and qualify outbound opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support a smooth customer experience.
- Generate new business, manage follow-up, and build sales pipeline.
